Lighthouse is a breakthrough product designed for future facing organisations that lead with context, prioritise culture and operate through self-organisation and distributed leadership practices
Recent advancements in AI technology have created an inflection point that enables organisations to utilise new ways of gathering, processing and sharing information. The potential impact will only continue to grow as the AI improvement curve rise - increasing the intelligence and quality of data analysis, agent capabilities and voice interaction - while significantly reducing cost and latency.
With Lighthouse you can theoretically run unlimited interviews cross your full organisation and through various axis (department, role, seniority level and location), and have the analysis done and shared with your workforce by EOD. By eliminating the hundred to thousands of hours needed to interview and analyse results manually, while also greatly reducing associated costs, completely new behaviour patterns are made possible - opening up vast opportunities for organisations to significantly increase agility and resilience.

At the moment all interviews are tailored to your unique needs. Predefined interviews and comprehensive "Organizational journeys" will be available later down the road.
Are interviewees anonymous?
Yes, we believe anonymity is essential in creating an authentic environment where people feel safe to share openly. In addition to this each individual is expected to honour their colleagues by describing their experiences with integrity.
What's the pricing model?
You pay per person, bulk pricing is available for larger organisations.
Do we need to get into a long-term contract agreement?
No, at this stage Lighthouse is treated as a consultancy service and is paid up-front.
Can I use Lighthouse as a business consultant?
Yes, we gladly partner with agencies, consultancies and independent contractors that want to offer Lighthouse to their customers.
